Jannah Hodges

Jannah has successfully conducted over 600 senior executive engagements in a variety of industries. Clients range in size from the largest health systems and medical schools in the nation to private equity-sponsored startups across healthcare, life science, and other industries. She brings decades of specialized expertise across the entire spectrum of healthcare services and outsourcing, managed care, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare technology companies. Successful engagements she has led include some of the most prominent board directors, CEOs, medical executives, COOs, CFOs, CIOs, and general counsels, as well as various functional vice presidents.
With 30 years of experience in executive search, Jannah was previously a consultant with three other global executive search firms, including the largest, Korn/Ferry International, where she was named the top producer in their healthcare practice, and the oldest, Heidrick & Struggles. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Business from Amberton University and completed certification for Cornell University’s inaugural Advanced Program for Executive Search Consulting.
Jannah currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Aging Mind Foundation, dedicated to funding Alzheimer’s research. Previously, she served on the Board of Directors for the Center for Vital Longevity at the University of Texas at Dallas, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and the Chopra Research Foundation.
