Jennifer Abdallah is the Business Office Manager with Hodges Partners, focused on all office activities related to accounting, payroll, human resources, and information technology.
Jennifer has over sixteen years of program and office management experience at re:MIND, CitySquare, and the public school system, all within the state of Texas. With a keen focus on client-service and operational efficiency, Jennifer’s expertise includes financial, facilities, staff, and event management and planning. Jennifer has coordinated dozens of projects, programs, and events involving onboarding and training for hundreds of community service participants, community-wide professional development conferences for nonprofit managers/executives, and educational seminars for corporate leaders, students, and philanthropic organizations.
With a Bachelor of Arts in English from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin, Jennifer spent her early career in social work, providing direct client services in child welfare and the court system before moving into program management.
